    Lean Way of Communicating on the Web = Twitter

    Is Twitter a waste of time? It can be without using the correct tools and measuring your effectiveness. Lean Six Sigma Marketers should start utilizing the tactics Twitter permits:

    1. Refined searches
    2. Immediate feedback on issues and problems
    3. Instantaneous Communication
    4. Data Accumulation
    5. Hundreds of tools to help Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control

    But before you start over analyzing Twitter, you need to sit back, learn the basics and participate. This is the best guide that I know of that will jump start your participation. I am partial being a Duct Tape Marketing Coach.
